Canoeing races at the Olympic Games 2012 in London are scheduled to be held from 29 July to 2 August (canoeing slalom) and from 6-11 August (canoeing sprint). The slalom events will be held at Lee Valley White Water Centre and the sprint events at Eton Dorney. Total of 330 athletes are expected to take part. The men’s 500 metre races will be replaced by 200m. In addition, men’s C2 500m will be replaced by women’s K1 200m.
