UEFA Nations League will be played by senior men's national teams of the member associations of UEFA. There are 4 groups in League C. Where the group champions of each group in League C will be promoted to League B and the last ranked team in each group will be relegated to League D for the next UEFA Nations League in 2020-21.

Group 2 of League C has one or two amazing teams with very respectable stature in football. It will be exciting to see which team will go through as the group champions.

HUNGARY :

Hungary revolutionized the game of football in the 1950s, laying the tactical fundamentals of Total Football with a golden team which included legend Ferenc Puskás, top goalscorer of the 20th century. They were the runner-ups of two World Cups, one of them was in 1954. After the golden era ended the Hungarian’s downfall started. They played in the Euro 2016 after a 30years drought from playing any major tournaments. But Hungary failed to qualify for the upcoming World Cup again. Hungary appointed a very experienced manager Georges Leekens in 2017. He is expected to bring glory to Hungary in the UEFA Nations League. Balázs Dzsudzsák will be leading the team as captain. Hungary is ranked 50th in the FIFA world rankings.

GREECE :

Greece shocked the world when they won the European Championship in 2004. That was the highest point for the national side. Other than that, they participated in three World Cups in total including the last two World Cups. Even though the head coach Michael Skibbe failed to qualify the team for the upcoming World Cup after losing in the playoffs, he will still remain the head coach of Greece. Italian Serie A club Bologna full-back Vasilis Torosidis is the captain of the side. Greece are ranked 45th in the FIFA world rankings.

FINLAND :

Finnish national team have never qualified for a finals tournament of the World Cup or the European Championships. UEFA Nations League will be the first major tournament for them as they failed to qualify for the upcoming World Cup in June. After being with the national side since 2011, Markku Kanerva was finally appointed as the head coach of Finland. Werder Bremen centre-back Niklas Moisander is the captain of the side. Finland are ranked 68th in the FIFA world rankings.

ESTONIA :

Estonia have also never qualified for the FIFA World Cup or UEFA European Championship. UEFA Nations League will be their first every major tournament. Martin Reim, a former Estonian Footballer of the Year is the current head coach of Estonia. He has been with the national side as a coach since 2012 but finally became the head coach of the senior team in 2016. Liverpool centre-back Ragnar Klavan is the captain of the side. Estonia are ranked 86th in the FIFA world rankings.
